At Postcards.com we offer a Money Back Guarantee to first–time customers for all products that we sell. This includes business cards, postcards, envelopes, greeting cards and letterhead. If you are not totally satisfied with the finished product you can send it back to us for a full refund. Simply visit “Order History” in Customer Service and notify us which product that you wish to return. If an order does not arrive on time, we will gladly file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund for the shipping fee up to $50. Our friendly customer support representatives will make it right. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.

Please note that Postcards.com cannot be responsible for:

  • Errors in user–selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
  • Shipping or postage fees for postcard mailing services or variable data printing.
  • Weather delays, incorrect shipping address, undelivered or late signature required orders.
  • Damage to items by the Post Office or their agents.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

Any product with a subtotal over $100.00 we consider to be a large order. We require that you place a small order before placing a big one for this guarantee to be valid.
