Premium Paper
Envelopes are printed on a 70lb., opaque paper stock. A smooth texture and bright-white appearance enhances the professional appeal. Our paper stock and printing process have been tested to be safe for use in both laser and inkjet printers.

Manufacturing Process
We start off by printing your artwork on a flat sheet of paper. Those sheets are then die cut, converted into an envelope, glued, and finally the sticky flap gets a layer of glue. This means that you can print information on the backside of your envelope, including the back flap. This allows you to simulate colored paper, or catch your recipient's attention as they are sealing their envelopes. Available in 100-500 quantity, the more you buy the more you save.
